This $500 memorial bursary is awarded annually to a graduating high school student in the Cowichan Valley School District #79 with an interest in post-secondary studies.

We select the recipient(s) based on their “Brock-esque” qualities! For example: entrepreneurship, critical thinking skills, a love for learning …
